Mr. Dewey Frazer (Doozy) Allison, 84, of 1504 Abes Mountain Road Mooresboro died Tuesday October 12,2010 at Hospice at Wendover. A native of Cleveland County he was born May 20,1926 a son of the late Dexter and Evie Potter Allison. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Wanda Louise Allison one brother Forest Gene Allison, and two sisters Madge Allison Randolph , Wyvon (Sis) Ivey. Mr. Allison war retired from Cone Mills Cliffside Plant and a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife; Louise Bailey Allison, two sons; Timothy Dewey Allison and wife Lori of Moresboro, Tommy Lee Allison and wife Susan of Mooresboro, one daughter; Vonda Allison of Mooresboro, two brothers; Horace Dean Allison of Mooresboro, Maynard Allison of Gaffney, three sisters; Virginia Huskey of Gaffney, Lillie Mae Jackson of Mooresboro, Helen Littlejohn of Gaffney, four grandchildren; Lindsay Michelle Allison, Cortney Elizabeth Allison, Bailey Allison, Casey Lee Allison and wife Stephanie. Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday October 14,2010 at Camp Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Welch And Rev. Stuart Kersey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 Wednesday October 13,2010 at McKinney-Landreth Funeral Home Cliffside, NC
